Went orchard Modesto for dinner again on Friday night with sis, geok & bro.
Really love their indoor ambience.. its those fine dining type... but as usual, we r too noisy. hahaha.




Here's what we have for that night.







Starter




PANE AL BURRO D'AGLIO
(An all time favourite garlic bread spread with a special blend of black olives & fresh garlic herb butter)


this garlic bread cost $6.50 for 6 pieces! we didnt know that its chargeable coz e waiter very 'jian' he juz came up to us and ask if we would like some garlic bread. so we said 'OH SURE!' anyway, it is very nice la but abit oily. hahaha






Entrees




RIGATONI ALL’ AMATRICIANA
(Large tube pasta with pork bacon and onions in a fresh tomato sauce)








CASONSEI ALLA BOSCAIOLA
(Fresh home-made ‘half moon’ shaped pasta filled with minced beef, chicken & pork in a creamy ham & mushroom sauce)





their pasta are quite special..... e tomato base doesnt taste so 'siap', unlike those normal cheapo spaghetti/sphagetti (however u spell it). The large tube pasta looks like penne, but it is double or triple the size of a normal penne. cute!


Cream sauce pasta aint so bad either. something new. They have minced beef, chicken, pork paste in it but its a little saltish.... i'll puke if i were to finish it all by myself.

PIZZA AL SALMONE AFFUMICATO
Tomato, cheese, smoked salmon, capers and onions.

PIZZA PROSCIUTTO CRUDO
Tomato, cheese and Italian pork parma ham.



but we are really famished! all was gobbled up before we remember to tk any photos!


Their wood fire pizzas is their speciality. I highly recommend! For pasta, i still prefer Spageddies.






Dessert




CREPES ALLE FRAGOLE
(Strawberry ice-cream wrapped in home-made crepes, served with fresh strawberries and light orange sauce)


This is the legendary crepe ice cream! DIE DIE MUST TRY! u will love it for sure!














SORBETTO AL LIMONE
(Italian lemon sorbet with a touch of white wine and vodka)




Fresh & refreshing. Reasonably priced for the quantity

My brother, who loves lemon (siao!) & anything damn sourish is more than happy to gulp it all down!






All in all, we had a satisfied meal & we are ready to go for KTV session!!!!
